In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cu77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cu77 platform and its operating entity, accessible at cu77.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the cu77 platform.

You accept this Agreement unconditionally by completing the cu77 registration process, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any wager on the platform. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number registered in Bangladesh. cu77 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including national identity documents, utility bills, or bKash/Nagad account verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cu77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.

cu77 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor SMS authentication from the account security settings. cu77 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify cu77 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Each player is permitted to hold only one active cu77 account. cu77 reserves the right to consolidate or close any duplicate accounts and to apply deductions from balances where duplicate accounts are identified.

cu77 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options, including Dutch-Bangla Bank and other local banking channels, may be available and are displayed in the cu77 cashier at the time of transaction. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your cu77 balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cu77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the payment source must match the name registered on your cu77 account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any active bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• cu77 targets withdrawal processing times of minutes to the registered mobile wallet for bKash and Nagad. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• cu77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or fraud checks.

cu77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

General bonus conditions that apply to all cu77 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and are in good standing with cu77.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your cu77 balance. Real-money funds are used first for wagers unless the specific promotion specifies a different order.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• cu77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to refuse or cancel bonus eligibility for any player where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, exploitation, or syndicated bonus-claiming activity.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on cu77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game, as determined by cu77 and its certified third-party game and data providers. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the relevant odds or house edge.

Sports Betting: cu77 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral international fixtures), football, badminton, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. cu77 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly displayed in error, where the market is determined to have been subject to irregular activity, or where the outcome of the relevant event is directly impacted by verifiable external interference.

Casino Games: Casino games including live dealer tables, RNG slots, and crash games are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified systems and cu77 has no ability to influence results. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as certified by the relevant provider.

cu77 does not accept liability for any technical failure — including disconnection, server outages, or device failure — that occurs during an active game round or live bet. Where possible, interrupted casino rounds will be resolved according to the provider's disconnection policy. Interrupted bets that cannot be resolved may be voided and the original stake returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cu77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance including withdrawable funds where legally permitted, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software, including pricing errors in odds markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes or extract value through artificial means.
• Using the platform to launder funds or otherwise facilitate any financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following the placement of wagers that have already been settled.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cu77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

cu77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from the account dashboard at any time and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

cu77 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cu77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cu77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

cu77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cu77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cu77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game or market available on it.

cu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• cu77 is required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• cu77 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player has not accessed their account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account policy).

Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, cu77 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account including bonus funds and, where applicable, withdrawable real-money balances where the breach involved fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the cu77 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days (BST) and any available real-money balance will be returned following completion of KYC.

cu77 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, cu77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, cu77 is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights.

Your continued use of the cu77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
